Beer served on cask at Churchkey in D.C. Beer is yellow and completely hazy. Lacing is low, head is minimal, and there isn't much carbonation. Head is broken and diffuse made up of a white bubbles.

Aroma is citrusy with hints of lemon, some sweetness and at the very end a hint of tea. That last part might be suggestion induced. Smells pretty good.

Medium to light in body with no carbonation in the mouth. Slightly sweet up front, moderate bitter in back. Some lingering bitterness. Very smooth and creamy overall. Very nice cask ale.

Out of a pin at Max's last night. Boy, was it good.

Orange and hazy, this beer has a thin white head with good retention and nice lacing. The nose is just fantastic. Very bright, the chamomile is unmistakable. Definitely tropical, there's pineapple, alphonso mangos and papaya. The hop character is perfect for my palate, light and just a little earthy? Some honey and plenty of floral character, this one's a GREAT saison.

The palate opens light, dry and mildly earthy. Juicy, fruity, mildly herbal, this is excellent. Delicate floral, honey character, the balance is outstanding. Not particularly yeasty. The spice character is light too. Drying on the finish, the finish is phenomenal. Delicately spicy, delicately floral, mildly fruity, this is beautifully balanced. With medium-low carbonation, this is an excellent beer. Great call on the 3 tea bags, Brian!
