12oz can from the brewery. No date on the can :-(
They call it a creamy sour ale. Pineapple smell, check! Pineapple taste, check! Sour, check!
The pineapple really works with the sour. I am nor much of a sour fan, but this is not too bad for me.

I love the idea of this beer and while it is very good, I would've liked to have it come across a wee bit creamier. Thats really my only gripe here. Sour, sweet and smooth by way of the nitro but maybe some vanilla or extra lactose or something to really punch up that "whip." Nonetheless, this is very tasty, appropriately sour beer that will be a trusty companion in the warm summer months.

L: A deep orange color, this one almost looks like fresh pineapple juice. The white head that forms has little staying power and leaves a bit of spotting.
S: Fresh pineapple juice with tangy and sour notes. A bit of malt refrains from going too grainy and hops are complementary.
T: Pineapple is on the front, but sourness is almost an afterthought. It is there, but the flavor fades at the end of every sip.
F: It's not as creamy as one might hope from nitro, but it's moderately smooth and crisp. Tanginess translates to the feel. The finish is a little limp.
