Bottle at lambic-o-droom. II.i
Raspberry color. Very little head.
Very jammy. Sour/tart. Not over the top. Nice 3f funk. Very juicy. Some sweetness. Raspberry seeds. Dang this is fruity.
Lower carbonation level which I enjoyed. Very nice beer. Can't wait to see how it ages.

Pours a beautiful, saturated dark red color with just a flimsy, bubbly lacing.
Brings a laughable cherry intensity to the nose, sweet and floral, with a profound pith roastiness and mellowing oak. Sweet and inviting, entirely relying on the profound cherry appearance.
Drinks flat, harmonious and refreshing, well balanced with a copious anount of cherries among toasted almonds.
Tastes of juicy, ripe and sweet cherries with a nice sorbet tartness. This fruitiness gets coated up by a spicy toast note, reminiscent of heated cherry stone pits. Sweet and rich with just a hint of lemony crispness, adding a little depth to the luscious cherry appearance. Finishes clean and light, with a bright cherry sweetness among more prominent turning lemons and a little funk.
Easily one of the most fruit forward lambics I've yet experienced. This is beautiful throughout, and its cherry richness puts a lot a lot of other highly acclaimed cherry sours to shame. Its still ridiculously well brewed, clean and easy drinking with just enough tartness to let the sherry shine even more.
