New strawberry lambic consumed at lambic-o-droom.
Blood orange sunset color. Very little head.
So much strawberry. Jammy. Tart. Lemon citrus . Some funk, but mainly fruit and jam.
Wow. A great summer drink. This is young, but tasting wonderful already.
