A 750ml bottle at 3 Fonteinen lambik-O-droom, blend n°1, season 17/18, bottled on 27th November 2017 with a best before date of 26th October 2037. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen ballon glass.
Appearance: A lightly hazy golden orange colour with pretty much no head and no lacing.
Aroma: Peach, peach skin, light leather and light funk.
Taste: Sour, tart, fresh peaches, peach skin, light mineral and funk.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with low to moderate carbonation.
Overall: Wonderful peach aromas and flavours. I can just keep on drinking this.
