A 750ml bottle at 3 Fonteinen lambik-O-droom, blend n°31, season 17/18, bottled on 15th March 2018, with a best before date of 26th October 2038. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A lightly hazy purple red colour with a one finger pinkish head that had pretty good retention and left nice lacing.
Aroma: Light tartness, blueberry, raspberry and a splash of vanilla.
Taste: Lightly sour, tart, blueberry, blueberry skin, with hints of cherry and oak.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with soft to moderate carbonation.
Overall: Great blueberry aromas and flavours with appropriate sourness.

Bottle at the Lambikodroom.
Reddish pink with a thin white head. Nose is all blueberry with a little raspberry. Jammy blueberries are present, and when paired with the lemony Lambic, it takes on a mild compote note. Honey is present as well. The palate is dominated by the blueberry, with a little bit of raspberry thrown in. Delicious.

Delicious fruit aroma. Flavor seemed more heavy Hommage even though it was only 15% of the blend. Delicious fruit flavors, mild blueberries, this was more on the sour side than some of the other twist of fate beers I tried. Yum.
