Speling van het Lot VIII.i - Schaarbeekse On a Toast (Medium) Raw & Uncut is a lambic blended with Schaarbeekse cherries hand-picked by over 50 familie around Brussels and macerated for 265 days in a charred/toasted barrel before being bottled in 750ml bottles. The final fruit intensity is 79.4%. All of the Series VIII Speling van het Lot bottles featured lambic with Schaarbeekse cherries macerated in charred/toasted barrels. This particular bottling was limited to 170 bottles.

Bottle at Lambik-O-Droom, Twisting the Fate 2019.
Ridiculous amount of rich cherries, extreme fruit density. Sanguine crimson tone, it most resembles Danish cherry wine with a pleasant finish of toasted oak. Succulent and amazing.
