750 mL bottle. A little hazy and orange. Smells of strong peach. All peach. A touch of dried grass and oak. Tastes really peachy. Oak. Sharp stone fruit sourness. Quite sour, too. It's a lot of juicy peach, but it is sour. Oaky in the back end. A touch of band aid. Like the slightest touch. Maybe I'm even making that up. It's one of the peachiest beers I've ever had. Intense but really good.

Had back to back with Rood. Orange murky pour with a white cap. Smell is full of bright and juicy sour peach and big barnyard funk. Taste is mellower with the funk, peach is sour and pleasant with light oak. Great balance, the sourness and acidity are there but not problematic, the oak, funk and bright and delicate body are well crafted.

Millions of peaches, peaches for me. Millions of peaches, peaches for ...a lot. But that's how 3 Fonteinen rolls with their blended peach lambic that's years in the making.
Bubbly, lively and yeasty, their Perzik Geel pours much like a hazy champagne. With its spritzy froth popping on the nose, the aromas are chocked with fruit and funk with the scent of white wine, cellar-like musk and stewed peaches leading the way. Its highly pungent aromas lead to an early taste of sourdough, communion crackers and light fructose in a fast fleeting fashion.
As the sour ale washes the middle palate, the piquant tartness of chardonnay and champagne kick off with a quick followup of mascerated peaches and the special acidic zing that they carry. Peppery with fruit skins, the more tannic properties of the fruit lead to a bolder collection of spice that blends well with the yeast spices of white pepper, weathered woods and vinous spice. Dried citrus of lemon, lime and grapefruit blend with hay-like hops for a peppery, fruity and arid finish.
Light, crisp and refreshing, the off-clean sour ale highlights the musty tone of peaches particularly well. Finishing with more funk than usual, its quick finish leads to an earthen after palate of damp burlap, saddle leather and mossy wine rot.

A 750ml corked and caged bottle, blend°25, season 18/19, bottled on 21st December 2018. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: It was a nice clear golden orange colour, with a thin white head that dissipated fairly quickly to a ring around the glass, while leaving only some sparse lacing.
Aroma: Juicy fleshy peach, with notes of lemon zest and oak.
Taste: Tart, sour, peach, lemon, grapefruit, oak, and light funky notes.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Really enjoyable peachy aroma and flavours with a good citrus spike that brings it all together. Out of blends 24, 25 and 26 from 2019 OBD, this one, blend 25, was my favourite. Just for reference, there was also a blend 27 Perzik Wit Floerkes + Vroege Amsden, which unfortunately I have not tried.

Pours a glowing golden color with no real head to it.
Smells of sun ripened peaches, wildflowers and smoked peach piths.
Offers a lower carbonation with a pleasantly light and silk mouthfeel to it.
Tastes of wood bark, wet basement and rich, ripe peaches. Turns dryer and sweeter then at the same time, with a more pronounced, citraic tartness on top. Finishes sweet with pith accompanied sweet peaches among a calmer, dusty tartness.
Intense and tasty beer. The younger lambic defines the flavors, while the peaches are just insanely prominent, complex and intriguing, establishing a well working sweeter counterpart to the sourness.
