Batch 27 bottle at 3F, poured into a large red wine style glass. The peach scent was amazing. The best peach sour or lambic that I've ever had. Funk, sour and fruit are very nicely balanced. While not quite up to the level of the 3 Zenne blends on our table, this held up as a top tier fruited lambic. Would love to get it again. Preferred this over batch 26 bottle, which was also excellent.
