A 750ml corked and caged bottle, blend°81, season 18/19, bottled on 7th June 2019. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden orange colour with a one finger white head that had pretty good retention, while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Woody, piney, Christmas, herbal, earthy, red apple, orange zest, and a touch funky.
Taste: Sour, tart, woody, pine, lemonade, citrus peel, with herbal and funky notes.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Enjoyable woody, piney, herbal and citrusy combination.

Nice orange yellow lambic. Aroma is kind of odd, full lambic and slight bit of vegetal and pine. Flavor has a touch of mentholatum, sour, weird. Its interesting but I wouldn't want to revisit it.

Thank you, Brian.
A clear yellow with a dense, white head, this looks great. The nose is pure lambic with a light spruce note in the back. Mildly funky, citrusy and bright, with a mildly oily, herbal. The spruce is more prominent on the palate, and actually has a unique floral/medicinal profile, mildly menthol like but with a deep spruce/pine undercurrent. Drying, bright, tart on the finish. Unique.
