Pruim Belle De Louvain (season 20|21) Blend No. 9
It’s fine. Lower carbonation, color matches the sticker. Stonefruit all over the nose, has a nectarine like profile with a relatively moderate tartness. Initially had quite a bit of acetone but went away as it warmed. Solid, but missing something.

Appearance is a unique pastel peach, hazy, with a tall yet lumpy eggshell white foam head that exhibits amazing retention.
The new official Pruim definitely contains more acidity than a non-fruited 3F, as always seems to be the case with their fruited offerings, but maybe a little less so than their other fruits. The plum translates very much like apricot and peach here, in concert with the tart acidity and yeast esters. A hint of that toasted sesame cracker that 3F is known for resides in the background, while, as it warms, very floral strawberry seems to develop.
It's very juicy, but with a firm yet fluffy carbonation over an otherwise light body.
Blend 64, season 19-20
