Bottle.
The nose has a really nice grape character, bright, nice skin tannins and mild tartaric acid, paired with a nicely funky base beer, earthy, musty. Acidiry is a touch high, but the nose has great balance. The palate opens tart and funky with a delicate grape character. Musty, earthy, mildly mushroomy, but with moderate grape character. Green grape, grape skin tannins. Carbonation is light , which amplifies the acidity. Drying, sour finish. Solid!

Hazy orange-amber, lightening closer to straw towards the bottom, all under a lumpy, off-white head of foam that audibly fizzles out to a sparse, even headless surface.
A nose of dusty oak and walnutty bleu cheese funk meets a tangy and zippy palate of brighter lambic spritzed by perfumey gris grape through a crisp effervescence. As I let it warm up, detecting that it could only improve, it became much more herbal and vinous with time.

A 750ml corked and caged bottle, blend°50, season 20/21, bottled on 31st May 2021. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A nice golden orange colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly, while leaving only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Lightly tart, funky, dusty, wood, grape skin, vinous, lemon, lime.
Taste: Sour, tart, white wine grapes, vinous, lemon juice, grapefruit, oak, with some light funky notes.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with light carbonation.
Overall: Easy to drink, but the sourness feels stronger and more intense than other 3 Fonteinen fruit lambics that I’ve tried.
