Lambik aged on freshly emptied old Oloroso sherry barrels (at least 40 years old).
Poured on several occasions and events, while emptying the barrels for bottling.

Low carbonation, low acidity. Great oaky character; tart & dry, with hints of citrus & apple. Floral notes add complexity.
