Aged on sea asparagus.
This is a small batch of a samphire macerated lambik blend, in collaboration with Zouterover restaurant. The lambikken for maceration and blending originate from three different barrels and nine different brews. We used one-year and two-year old lambikken, and a part of four-year lambikken. As a result, the weighted average age of the blend upon bottling surpasses 21 months. More than 90% of the grains used in the brews were sourced in Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.

Clean copper orange appearance, minimal head and retention. Earthy, vegetal, mild mustiness, mineral, lemon notes. Moderate body, light carbonation. Unique and enjoyable.
