For this Pruim, we macerated hand-picked Limburg Belle De Louvain plums for four months on a blend of young lambik, as well as three-year and four-year old lambikken. The oldest lambik has
been brewed by ourselves in the first days of 2019. The weighted average age of this blend upon bottling was more than 31 months. The final fruit proportion is 300 grams of Belle De Louvain plums per litre of Pruim. More than two thirds of the lambikken were brewed with Pajottenland cereals,
sourced from our own Cereal Collective.

At my lady Pamela's house; bottled and slightly chilled, 375mL in a pint glass. From the Roundhouse Centre LCBO on Howard Ave. in nearby Windsor. Bottled January 17/23. My 2nd beer from the Beersel, Belgium brewery, and 1st for 2026. Loved by Gracie the cat...
