Trouble-Fete is described as a wheat beer, flavoured with corriander and served with lime. The beer arrived in a wheat beer glass with a cloudy yellow body and a fluffy white head, I figured, what the hell, I'll use the attached lime as suggested. This killed the head, but did make for a refreshing zing to the flavour. The aroma and flavour contains lots of fresh corriander (and now lime) to compliment the clean graininess. Medium carbonation and medium-light body suit the style very well. Excellent drinkability.
