This beer says it is retired, but it is still on the menu, so we drank it at the patio of l'Inox. We got to speak to the brewer itself who was sitting on the patio next to us. A very nice guy, who was willing to talk about the beers and revealed some nice details about the beer. He also gave us some Brewer's Special Reserve, beers that he was experimenting with on a small scale and not available in the pub.
Appearance was very hazy, orange with little head. Not the best of appearances I ever saw. It looked like a witbier with too much yeast.
Smell was amazing. This beer contains buckwheat honey, orange zest, cardemom, coriander and Leuven yeast. Note that there are no hops in here! The combination resulted in an amazing mixture of smells. The honey and cardemom were extremely perfumy.
First taste impression was sweet fruitdrink (oranges, peaches, pears) with alcohol, but slowly all the seperate flavors came out. Especially the honey was very upfront. Also the cardemom was very aromatic. Every sip another taste came out, but they were all strong aromatic or fruity. The alcohol was a little higher in our beer than 6%, but this was well hidden by the body of the beer.
One of the few beers without hop that are really well drinkable and where the hops are not really missed.

After this beer we got the same beer, but with another yeast (Trappist). Appearance was much clearer and fermented to a lower gravity, alcohol was more evident (8,5%!). It almost tasted like a different beer. This brewer knows what he is doing!
