L'Inox "Double IPA"
on tap at the brewery on 4 Octobre 2014
$8 Canadian / pinte
Notes: Listed at 7.5% ABV. Hazy amber body beneath a long-standing white head of foam. Very nice lacing. Citrusy and resinous in the nose. Solid, sweetish biscuity malt base. Citrusy and tropical with pineapple and soft grapefruit. mild citrus pith, and gently resinous. Very supple for a double IPA, yet packed with flavor. One of the best double IPAs I've tasted so far.
