Working on cleaning up the backlog of notes I have. Sample from the brewery.

Draught at brewpub. this one poured a clear copper color. There was no head on it. Lighter aroma: faint malts and roastiness. The taste is pretty good. A fair amount of roastiness, malts and some biscuit notes.

Poured a normal ESB / Amber ale orange red. Clear with a nice head that dropped to ring without leaving lacing. Aromas were muted malt, likely due to the cold of the beer. The taste though was initially dominated by the biscuit malt (which I love) which then evolved to a light bitterness finishing with a caramel sweetness... Any pint that brings three enjoyable flavour profiles together gets good marks from me...

A clean red/amber beer. Has a small off white head and a tiny bit of lace. There is a sweet malty aroma. With hints of maple and vanilla in the background. The taste starts with a light sweet malt note that slides into a gentle hop snap. All leading to a nice dry finish.

A red amber beer with a small head and enough carbonation.
Smell of (dark) malt, some dark fruit, berries and nice herbal, spicy hops.
Taste was good, a nice maltiness that gave the beer a good backbone. I could taste some red fruit and some roasted malts.
The beer was not very bitter, but enough to balance it.
Drinkability was very good. On the hot terrace it was very refreshing.

An above average red ale from this Qeuebec City brewpub. This beer was presented to me with a nice, bright red colour and a small, white, fluffy head. The aromas were all malts and hops baby! and they consisted of caramel malts and german hops. The flavor of this beer was a lot like its aroma, tasty! This was a very hoppy, very fresh, american style red ale that was very easy to quaff. I recommend it if you are ever at L'inox. The mouthfeel and drinkability were also balanced very well...
Cheers!
