Had this beer about 3 years ago. I like a good red ale, but this one is a NW Red Ale which means its overly hoppy which I'm not a big fan of, though this one isn't terrible.

On-tap at Bailey's Taproom, Portland, OR
A: The beer is very hazy amber in color. It poured with a quarter finger high beige head that died down but has good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of toasted caramel malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that it is maltier and has lots of notes of toasted malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite easy to drink despite the maltiness.
Serving type: on-tap
