A very smooth pour yields about a finger of white head into my Willi glass. Retention is average and the head fades within a minute or two. Initial lacing looks pretty good. Body is a dark cloudy orange. Looks decent so far.
Nose is very bright, refreshing, but also pillowy. Citrus, pineapple, mango. A little heavy on the citrus at times, but this smells quite inviting overall.
Flavor is very juicy, with a nice blend of tropical fruits, nothing overpowering; some spice in the finish. Definitely a pretty one dimensional hazy - juicy, big surprise. That said, it’s not overdone - it’s pretty modest and palatable, while still having a good depth of flavor.
Carbonation is about medium. Body has a good thickness to it, and drinks smooth. Sweetness is tasteful and not overwhelming. Bitterness is quite small once you look for it, even for a hazy. Overall a nice mouthfeel - body is nice, could use some bitterness.
Drinkability is a notable point, this is tasty and very smooth.
Appearance turned out pretty decent. Lacing wasn’t amazing, but pretty consistent.
Overall this is just a really tasty hazy that doesn’t try to get too cute. Yum.
