The fresh hopped version of our third brew for the work in progress WCIPA project! This version has the lightest color Pilsner malt I could find, Great Western Pure ldaho Pilsner, also swapped out Strata for Simcoe, we also went crazy with the Mosaic bringing in another 1#/bbl for a total of 3#/bbl overall in the dry hop, AND THEN we added 50# of fresh Mosaic from Coleman's Mt Angel farm!
