First had: on tap at their brewpub
Poured a cloudy honey color with a thin fizzy ringlet for a head. Aroma was tea-like with ample yeast. My wife is a big fan of Rooibos tea, so I'm no stranger to the aroma and taste. Taste was quite complex, starting with a tartness, sour apple, with sweet tea and citrus coming in mid-palate, finishing off with coriander and orange blossom. Acidic aftertaste. Higher alcohol nearly unnoticeable. Light-medium body, unique, crisp, and quite an enjoyable quaff overall.
