Served from the bottle into a mushroom shaped tulip glass
A- Poured a super hazy bright golden orange color with tons of visible carbonation, huge fluffy ice cream head that left minimal lace
S- Big apple skin, belgian yeast, bubblegum notes, some light cinnamon notes. Good smelling saison, not much pumpkin aroma though
T- Big ginger and allspice notes, pumpkin, bubbegum notes, belgian yeast, brown sugar, and apple skin. Wow that really works, great pumpkin flavor and spices with everything you would expect in a saison
M- Very dry, high carbonation, effervescent, very refreshing, medium to lighter body
O- As advertised it is a pumpkin saison and they did a great job with it. Very refreshing and combines the best of a pumpkin ale and saison. Really nice to have a pumpkin ale where the base is not a brown ale, adds a nice twist to the pumpkin ale style.
