Tap at Peppercorns.
Nice foamy fluffy 1 finger head fades pretty slowly, sticks around nicely, touch of lacing, hazy murky blond straw colored.
Nose has a nice grassy earthy like hop character, but quite fruity as well, a light musty like fruit with grassy terrior, hint of grainy blond malt under that, a juicy like fruit pectin, little mango like hidden in there, nice burst of fruit juice.
Taste is similar as expected, a mild cracker almost bready base malt with nice blond malts, etc. But right into the hops, more fruity this time, generic fruit juice, little fruit pectin, hint mild citrus, nice musty fruit with little resin, and plenty of that grassy earthy moss like flavors too, a nice mix. Mild to fair overall bitterness and very drinkable. Nice dry finish, touch more grainy cracker malt and lingering fruity hops, touch more bitterness.
Mouth is the only disappointing part as its a little thin, but still not bad, good carb.
Overall nice, the regular blond cougar is ok but nothing special, the mosaic hops add a very nice touch and kicks this beer up a couple notches, great fresh hop profile.
