Picked up a growler of this at the brewery half an hour ago. Poured into a standard pint glass.
A - Poured a crystal clear honey amber hue with a half finger head that faded quickly to leave thin light wisps and no real lacing.
S - Aromas of fresh baked bread, crackers, light malt sweetness. Almost more Kolsch like than a blonde, hop presence is really light and grassy, faint caramel. Mostly just showcasing the malts.
T - Taste is similar to the nose , though there is more sweetness and grassy earthy hops. The fresh baked bread and crackers that were present in the aroma are prominent in the taste before lending way to sweeter malts and more of the gentle hops.
M - Mouthfeel was nicely carbonated, light, crisp, clean.
O - Overall the beer was a fairly standard blonde ale. Easy drinking, light, no where near bitter. Par for the course.
