Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a nice hazy golden straw hue with a thin head that fades to leave thin wisps and light lacing.
S - Aromas of lemons, great wheat, bananas, floral hops.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, great floral hops, assume wheat, lemons, cloves, bananas. Nice cracker grains. Just really solid hefeweizen.
M - Mouthfeel is nice and crisp. Fluffy.
O - Overall this beer was really good representation for the style. Well crafted with solid wheat notes. Lovely

Hazy murky wheat color. Light head
Nose nice creamy wheat, grassy mild floral, cracked wheat and mild creamy bread dough, hint of citrus and estery spices, clove coriander like, and a mild banana note. Some cereal wheat.
Taste is light but full of flavor, nice cracked wheat, toasted creamy wheat, juicy even, little raw bread dough, mild cracker, some banana notes. Nice citrus notes and estery spices again, mild spices in general nothing to label specifically... actually a hint of a clove note later and maybe coriander but hard to tell. Hint of grassy hops with faint bitterness. Finish is dry but a little sticky, more citrus, little orange pith, and more creamy wheat and cracker lingering.
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, nice creamy, little light on the carb.
Overall very nice. Very true to the style, almost like I'm sitting in German now. Perfect for the hot summer days out on the patio.
