Enjoyed at the brewery a few hours after being cracked.
Nice big creamy fluffy head leaves soapy messy lacing, murky carrot orange color.
Nose bright juicy hops, little citrus, juicy Clementine orange, mild floral grassy, a juicy floral hop character, mild sweet malt base.
Taste starts with mild sweet creamy malts, a juicy malt flavor but flat carb takes away a bit. Nice hops, pretty bitter, more grassy floral hops with mild citrus, orange peel bitter rind like flavor with mild pith too, little generic stone fruit, Clementine juice, touch tangy. Finish is drier but mild sticky, lingering pith and Clementine juice and rind bitterness, faint touch of booze warmth late.
Mouth is med bod, light carb even for a cask unfortunately, or it would probably pop a lot more.
Overall very good other than carbonation, nice hop character, I liked the cascade better than I thought I would.

Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured into a pint glass a nice hazy golden hue with a good one finger head that fades to leave sticky lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Aromas of citrus, pungent grapefruit. Lots of floral hops. Nice malt backbone.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, nice floral notes, good citrus peel and orange without the bitterness. Decent grapefruit peel, lingering bitterness but not assertive. Pleasant, almost refreshing.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, on par for a cask.
O - Overall this beer was tasty, nice cascade notes. Quite floral with good citrus notes.
