Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured a nice clear honey amber hue with a thin head fades to leave a light halo.
S - Aromas of deep smokiness, Beachwood, old campfire, smoldering logs. Not much else.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, smokiness is much less, light malty sweetness, caramel, herbal tea. Little toffee notes with some faint bitterness on the finish.
M - Mouthfeel is brightly carbonated and crisp albeit rather thin.
O - Overall this beer was really aggressive with the smoke on the nose. That, with the thinner mouthfeel was a deterrent for getting anymore.
Serving type: on tap

Light fizzy head, clear copper tan color.
Nose very mild smoke, some candy caramel, maple syrup, lots of maple candies, little smoked log, mild biscuity.
Taste starts with more smoke, smoked meat and cheese like, hint campfire, into more caramel candy, little maple, like maple smoked sausage, little biscuity toffee, toasted malts, touch of bitterness. Clean finish with mild smoke ave more bitterness. Spicy bitter finish.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb, little crisp and soft lager like feel.
Overall decent, wish the smoke was more on the nose, but light enough to be enjoyable.
