Hooray, my favorite hop, Mosaic /sarcasm.
Light fluffy head, nice lacing, hazy orange
Nose mild pine sap, grassy earthy, some citrus, tangy orange peel and pith, very pine sap hop oil dankness, hint tangerine and grapefruit rind.
Taste starts mildly malty, nice cask natural fermenting flavor, little tangerine orange and grapefruit peel, then pine sap, earthy grassy, big bitter rind and pine.
Mouth is med bod, light on carb even for cask again.
Overall eh, mosaic sucks, everyone needs to stop using it like it's the new citra. Why do all brewers think this is the new big hop to use... I see the mild tropical citrus notes, but for that just use one of the other awesome hops out there, why use this that turns into pure pine sap ball twisting horribleness.
