Bought a bottle at the Beer Shop in East Longmeadow. The beer has a clear, straw yellow appearance with visible carbonation and a creamy head that dissipated over time. Flowery and yeasty aromas filled my nose wrapped around some lemon citrus. The taste is generally sweet and tart with a little bit of banana, bread, and wheat flavors. Mouthfeel more went toward a lightly creamy side, with a medium carbonation. Overall, I thought it looked and smelled great.

Pours a hazy straw color with a 1-finger white head. Pretty good lacing on this one.
The aroma has a hint of spice, slightly herbal, followed by over-ripe bananas. Maybe a touch of citrus as well.
The taste has a bit of lemony tartness up front, then comes the waves of bananas and clove.
The feel is medium-light bodied with pretty good carbonation. Very crisp with a slightly dry finish.
Overall, a very solid hefe. Didn't expect the tartness but it's a nice character that balances out the sweetness of the banana notes. Would drink again.
