Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured a dark brown almost black hue with a nice mocha head that fades to leave thin wisps.
S - Aromas of char and some smoke. Acrid notes, almost brine like. Some darker malts but the cured olive thing is messing with me...
T - Taste is thankfully missing that odd nose. Nice light char and smoke. Good faint chocolate with some decent light hop bitterness.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little bit of spicy hop finish.
O - Overall this beer was decent, but that nose had something really wrong. Not sure what happened with my pour.

Ok, probably one of the best beer names ever! Had on tap at the brewery.
Pours a nice creamy tan colored head about 1/2 finger fades at a med pace with wispy lacing, pretty much black beer.
Nose big roast, tons of roasted malt and black malt, an acrid burnt char, lots of charred malt and little burnt caramel, toasted marshmallow and cocoa, dark choc, and hint of smoke like a smoldering apple wood.
Taste brings tons of roast again, charred malts with mild acrid burnt notes, burnt caramel, charred cocoa, little dark choc and fluffy nougat marshmallow thing. A bit of a chewy malt, candy bar with mild to fair sweetness, again touch of apple wood smoked malt, fruity note. Hint of warming booze, and a hint of yeast, mild spicy hop note blends with the char. Finish is drier but sticky, hint warning booze, lingering choc nougat, burnt caramel charred malts, etc.
Mouth is fuller bod, chewy thick with nice fluffy carb, just a hint of warming booze.
Overall pretty nice, he burnt acrid notes are not too bad, apple wood smoke is a nice touch, candy bar flavours are nice, for a big beer it's enjoyable but slow sipper esp for being less than 8%. But dammit this is 'murika!
