It pours clear golden color with short lasting white head. Foam is very weak and no lacing.
Moderately sweet grainy aroma. Low hops which are spicy and slightly light fruity. Low dms and low buttery aromas.
Highly sweet taste is grainy and bready. Low buttery taste. Low hops and bitterness. Fruitiness is low. Semi sweet finish.
Low-medium bodied. Low-moderate carbonation. Little slickness on tongue. No warming. Easy to drink.

I have enjoyed other Wormtown beers but this is a middle of the road lager, a 'Helles' mix of malt and hops with nothing flavor-wise that really stands out. Not a bad beer, very drinkable, but at craft beer pricing you crave a little more. Just seems to be lacking some 'zip'.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle dated 03/23/2017. Sampled on June 24, 2017.
The pour is mostly yellow to golden with a quick lasting head that diminishes to nothing.
The aroma is lovely as it exhibits all of those toasted Euro-malt toasty and sweet characters that you hope to get in the style. A slight hint of citrus and a slight grassy note too.
The body is about light to medium but it is smooth.
The taste begins with the same toasted and cracker like Euro-malt sweetness but there is an offsetting vegetable oil character in the mix. It could be because it is three months old. It ends fairly clean and crisp.

Dull with no interesting flavors or texture. Not Wormtown's best effort
