Tap at the brewery
Decent creamy fizzy gaff fades fairly quickly, nice lacing, murky auburn brown color
Nose hefe and dunkel like, big fruity esters, banana, tree fruit, mild phenolic spiceslike clove thing, sweet toasted brown malts, faint toffee sugar daddy candy, little raisiny fruit
Taste more hefe like fruity esters, bananas foster, caramel, toffee and sugar daddy candy, not very sweet though, fruity esters with little tree fruit and raisin, phenol spices again, little biscuit toasted brown malt, candy notes. Finish dry little phenol, fruity esters lingering, more caramel toffee but not sweet
Mouth is med bod, bright carb.
Overall interesting for sure, not sure if I'd get again with the crazy mix of flavors, but def unique
