Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured into a standard tulip a nice mostly clear honey hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and thin lacing.
S - Aromas of lightly sweet Belgian sugars, faint esters and light yeasts along with some faint faint toffee.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with more sweet Belgian sugars and esters. Little caramel, faint alcohol on the finish.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, little crisp, not heavy and the alcohol is hidden nicely.
O - Overall this was a decent enough quad. Could be a bit more rich and assertive but it's still pretty solid.
