Thanks to rudzud for picking this up for me, canned 5/17/18
Pours a decent fizzy foamy 1 finger head that fades at a med pace, little lacing, super murky orange-tan-pinewood color
Nose brings a mix of loads of fruit, some tropical but plenty of stone fruit and citrus, a little papaya into some tangerine and grapefruit, plenty of sweet cereal grains underneath, malt juice, a touch of dankness into stone fruit, starts a bit muted but as it warms it opens up a bit more, fair amount of peach and melon coming out, and candied dried fruits
Taste brings a big juicy profile, loads of fruit like a fruit salad, Mandarin oranges, clementines, juicy ripe peaches and apricots, grapefruit notes, a bit of juicy melon even, turning a touch piney and dank, also more malt juice, sweet cereal grains and a little caramel notes, nice balance with a bit of spicy hop and mild bitterness kicking in late, drier finish but a touch sticky, no real alcohol
Mouth is med to fuller bod, nice carbonation, very little almost no alcohol presence
Overall a really nice beer. Needed the nose to open up a bit more, but flavor was really nice,

Picked up a 4 pack of this at the brewery today. Canned on 5/17/18.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice really, really hazy dark orange slightly gold with a nice big creamy two finger head that faded very slowly to leave big, sticky side lacing and a dense blanket. Holy cow does this look great!
S - Aromas of bright ruby red grapefruit, citrus peel, sweet candied peaches, little bit of earthy notes (but not vegative). Slightly spicy and floral, just a little bit herbal tea notes. No real discernible alcohol.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with huge soft grapefruit notes. Not bitter at all just the flavour! Little bit of almost melon like notes, good mixture of earthy tones and tea notes. Not much pine or resin, lighter flashes of peaches. Nice malt backbone, just a touch of sweetness that comes across more of candied fruit. Incredibly balanced with no lingering bitterness or noticeable alcohol. Maybe just flashes of slight bitterness on the back of the tongue.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated but a really good medium body. Almost thick and creamy.
O - Overall this was a surprisingly excellent DIPA from Wormtown. Really nice use of Michigan hops . I like how they claim this to be a 'New England DIPA' yet they don't use the stereotypical hops you would find in those. No Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, etc. Super well balanced, low on bitterness, just really well crafted. I'd love to see this in regular rotation.
