Mass. Produced Lager: Fresh brewed in the late 19th century, German-style Pilsners are an adaptation of the Czech style, featuring German hops and mineral-rich water. Our version is brewed with German and Valley pilsner malts, as well as Noble and American hops. Our Pilsner features straw-colored, spicy floral hops, light grain sweetness, and a dry crisp finish.

Thanks to rudzud, canned 5/21/20
Pours a large fizzy bubbly almost 2 finger head that fades semi quickly, lower retention, a touch of lacing, mostly clear touch of chill hazed golden pilsner color
Nose brings plenty of grainy sweet malt, a little doughy, some pilsner malt corn notes, hops light grassy floral, a little herbal, fairly light in general but decent
Taste brings more sweet grainy malt, a little doughy, cereal malt, fair malt in general with a touch of pilsner corn, hops bring some med bitterness with a little herbal floral flavor, getting a touch grassy, hops get a touch aggressive almost like a Czech pils but within range, a drier finish, lingering herbal hops getting a touch spicy, little mineral note
Mouth is med to a little lighter bod, med-higher foamy carb
Overall not bad, decent overall pilsner, hops get a touch aggressive but within range, malts are decent although a bit light, still decent

Picked up a four pack of this at the brewery today.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip nice just slightly hazy golden hue with a big fat two finger head that faded relatively quickly but did leave a quarter inch blanket. No lacing though.
S - Aromas of noble hops, grassy, little earthy and floral. I almost get lilac...which is pretty unique. I believe they used Loral hops in this one. Not getting any aggressive hop profile which is great seeing how my memory of previous Wormtown pilsners were weird mixes of a true to style beer and a new england pale ale.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, more of those noble hops and grassy notes. Big floral as well. I definitely get some American hops on the finish though. Not really bringing any fruitiness to the table or anything like that, just gives it a surprisingly bitter finish that lingers quite a bit.
M - Mouthfeel looked aggressive carbonated initially but after that billowed up to the head I was with a lightly carbonated, thinner bodied beer. Not as crisp as I would like to see with this style.
O - Overall this pilsner was decent enough. I liked everything up until the American hops came into the profile, as up until then it was quite pleasant. Still, it's not a bad beer, just not really what I'm looking for from a pilsner. A better mouthfeel could have probably helped out a lot though.
