Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a nice hazy pale golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.
S - Aromas of nice bright fresh grassy hops, little orange peel and citrus. Fair amount of spicy earthy hops thanks to the mosaic.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with crisp citrus peel, however, there is a fair amount of that spicy slightly onion mosaic. Crisp finish.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp and clean, good body. Lingering bitterness.
O - Overall this was a decent ipa, certainly easy drinking, but the mosaic really nudges out all the other hops. Unfortunate.
