Enjoyed on tap at the brewery.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a nice slightly hazy golden hue with a thin one finger white head that fades to leave nice lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Aromas of nice bright grassy hops, creamy lactose, nice malts. Slightly sweet honey notes, really nice balance with hops.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice grassy hops, pleasant creamy notes, good light malt sweetness, nice pleasant honey like sweetness.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, crisp, little creamy.
O - Overall this was a very solid cream ale. Slightly bitter finish but incredibly enjoyable and true to style.
