Growler filled a few days ago, thanks to rudzud for grabbing
Pours a decent fizzy bubbly head that fades quickly, not much retention even for growler, semi hazy deep chestnut ruby colour
Nose very sweet aroma, brown malts and sweeteners like caramel, big toffee and candy, little biscuity and coffee syrup, little butterscotch
Taste mild sweetness, more candy flavors like caramel toffee, a little chocolate, just a touch biscuity, coffee syrup mild grainy, touch of hop bitterness, a little syrupy, mild fruit, candy bar crunch, slight sticky sweet finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, light carb within limits of the style
Overall pretty enjoyablev and really hits the style nicely

Pours a lovely mahogany hue with a loose, quarter-inch head that quickly dissipates towards the edges. Pleasant nose - notes of roast are subtle but dominate. Flavor profile is consistent with the addition of a hint of caramel sweetness. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, even carbonation. Pleasant, simple and drinkable. The only thing that would make it better would be if it were offered on-cask.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery.
A - Poured into a standard pint glass a nice crystal clear super light brown with a dense creamy head that fades to leave thick lacing and a nice thin blanket.
S - Aromas of nice super super toasty malts, flashes of sweetness. Just a great toasty malt nose.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with really nice toasted malts, light sweetness, good really really light hops. Excellent showcasing of malts without being overly sweet.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp but great body.
O - Overall this was a really really good English mild. I'm not super versed in the style but based on mandatory this hits all the notes. Really love the toasty malts and grains.
