The beer pours a very cloudy pale white/gold color with no head and zero visibility. It looks like the water in my mash tun before I sparge. The aroma is average as well. It has a basic pale and wheat malt scent. It's quite grainy. The smell is like a American wheat ale sparged out and chilled down. There is zero hop character and no spicing. I'm glad I live in the future where beer is much more refined. This is pretty unusual. The mouthfeel is decent. I was just brewed so the carbonation is a real issue, but I knew that going in. This is cool experiment. It's one of the truly unique beers of the EBF 2010. Big ups for the effort!
