The beer pours a hazy golden color with a 1/2" white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is decent. It has a golden ale feel with a basic pale malt scent along with some light pickling spice aroma. It's slightly acidic, but not what I'd consider a true sour ale. The taste is much the same. It's light and easy drinking with a pale malt base and pickling spices added instead of hops. Again, it's slightly acidic, but doesn't attain the true sour character like most wild ales. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a low bodied beer with low/adequate carbonation. This is an easy drinker, but nothing I'd even consider trying if not at an Extreme beer fest.
