Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a 3F head and very heavy lacing.
Smells of toasted malt and piney hops.
Tastes of sweet toasted malt, tangy wheat, resinous hops and citrus with a mildly bitter finish.
Medium body and light carbonation. Slightly syrupy, dry mouthfeel.
This in a mild mannered way is a very hoppy West Coast IPA. Well done!

Overall 4 because Greylock got a 4.19 and this is not as tasty. The malt/hops balance is more like a pale ale than a hoppy punch in the throat. I do not like throat punches.

Decent DIPA, but not distinctive

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a very lightly hazy orange-yellow color with a puffy head of white foam. The head fades slowly over time and leaves a nice amount of lacing on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a citrus smell with lots of orange, tangerine, and grapefruit as well as some notes of mango and papaya. Along with these smells comes some peach and white grape as well as a hint of herb.
Taste – The taste begins as one may expect from the nose with a rather sizable showing of citrus, having lots of grapefruit mixed with flavors of orange, tangerine, and a touch of lemon. At the same time there is a cracker malt backbone and a bit of tropical fruit presence of mango. As the taste advances the grapefruit gets more potent and is joined by notes of an herbal and pine hop. With a loss of the malt the taste yields more to the hop, leaving one with a moderately crisp and quite citrusy hopped taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the lighter and thinner side with a moderate carbonation level. For the moderately crisp and citrusy nature of the taste, the feel is nice and makes for an easy sipper.
Overall – A rather citrus forward and crisp IPA with a quite easy drinking nature. I’ll certainly go back to this one again.

Canned on 4/12/2023 - pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a frothy head - nice lacing down the glass. Aroma is fairly nodescript. Taste is hoppy with a slightly sweet malt backbone - the hops linger on the palate in a pleasant way. Mouthfeel is creamy and satisfying. Bought as part of a mixed Wormtown 12 pack. Definitely worth trying - Wormtown has been acing it lately

Picked-up as part of a mixed twelve-pack case at Bradford's in Plymouth for about thirty dollars. No canned on date. My twelfth brew from these guys. Love the mixed twelve-pack format, & price point, & this was very good.
