This 24 IBU brown ale is their wintah brown with tart cherry concentrate. Poured into a wormtown mug club glass.
A - Poured a hazy light garnet hue with a light brown woody one finger head that faded to leave very nice lacing and a good blanket.
S - Very light cocoa and super sweet faint cherry juice. Very, very subtle.
T - Similar to the nose just as faint sadly. There is light, sweet bakers chocolate followed by sweet cherry juice. There is a slightly honey and maybe even coconut with the back of the tongue as well.
M - Nice feel though a little thin. While it tastes slightly cloy and syrupy none of that is on the tongue. Very light in the mouth.
O - Overall I was somewhat disappointed with this beer. Little too sweet for my tastes. The cherry is also awfully flat and one note. Really would like more cherry from this beer.
