On tap at Peppercorns/Wormtown Brewery open house.

Pours a decent looking bubbly head that leaves a bit of lacing, over hazy golden honey colored beer.

Nose fresh citrus and hint tropical fruit and resin, hint of tropical fruits, light malty base.

Taste fresh hop light resin and tropical fruit, citrus, light spicy/grassy type hops as well. decent bitterness but not strong, with a light juicy flavor and just a bit of malty sweetness. Finish is dry and fairly bitter, more lingering citrus and grassy hops.

Mouth is med bodied, lighter but decent carb for a cask.

Overall nice, tasty, great fresh hop taste, nice cask offering.

On tap at Beatniks in cask for the special party. This is Be Hoppy dry hopped on armarillo, summit, Massachusetts grown cascade and galena hops in the cask.

A - Poured a hazy golden yellow hue with a one finger head that fades to leave a thin blanket and nice sticky lacing.

S - Aromas of great tropical hops thanks to the cascade. Good light malt sweetness with a nice dry finish. Good tropical grapefruit and pine along with good pineapple notes. Very solid hop nose.

T - Nice clean fresh hops here. Good grapefruit notes with pineapple. Really fresh and clean. Sweet malts are quickly broken through by assertive hops. Cascade shines through wonderfully here with a nice bitter dry finish.

M - Mouthfeel is very nice for a cask. Smooth, creamy but with enough carbonation for a cask. Very nice dry biter finish, super drinkable.

O - Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this beer. Loved what the dry hops did to this. Incredibly bright and drinkable. I love the addition of hops to this. Drinks like a suped up Be Hoppy bottles.
