Firkin at peppercorns
Pours darker fluffy large fluffy head fades semi quickly with a decent lacing, over very dark pretty much pitch black color, served cold though surprisingly, since the firkin was just tapped and was probably stored in the fridge.
Nose starts with nice porter, dark malts, creamy milk chocolate, a creamy buttery coconut aroma with some coconut milk, toasted coconut, light chocolatey porter.
Taste starts with creamy porter, milk chocolate, cocoa, then a nice buttery coconut, light toasted coconut, a nice porter flavor, hint if vanilla, caramel, dark brown malt flavors, smooth and slightly creamy, light woody like esters, hint of bitterness. Finish is smooth, slightly dry, bit more cocoa, milk chocolate, hint of cocoa nuggets, and light coconut.
Mouth is med to heavier bodied, decent carb, smooth and a bit creamy.
Overall delicious, the great parts of pro-am with nice notes of coconut and quite smooth, creamy, and mellow. Drinkable and very tasty.

Another special one of at the wormtown anniversary party. This was aged for weeks on roasted coconut flesh. Poured into a standard snifter.
A - Poured a deep dark black with a creamy half finger mocha head that leaves nice creamy clouding and lacing.
S - Aromas of nice roasted coconut and sweet roasty chocolate. Very good coconut aromas.
T - Nice clean and rich roasted coconut here. Meaty and chewy and sweet and delicious. Very nice coconut flavors so good and meaty. Nice chocolate flavours here with rich malts. A light cream on the middle like a coconut cream. Finish is very chocolaty.
M - Mouthfeel is very nice for a cask! Smooth, creamy and delicious. Stuff is so velvety good.
O - Overall this reminds me so much of the Coco Nutty they casked last year. Stuff is like liquid candy bar. So goddamn good.
