Love tghe feel of this fresh slightly hazy light in the mouth pale ale. Very fresh and drinkable doesnt overpower but has a complexity that develops a bit more with each gulp. made to be drank not sipped! One of my new favorites in un hopped up pale ales

500ml. Bottle 3/20/19
Opened on 5/21/19
Copper and gold liquid, unfiltered/unpasteurized and bottle conditioning=hazy and thick looking. Creamy white foam sticks around with constantly good cover.
The aroma's got a very wild, Belgian-like yeastie thing that's sour and sweet fruits, tangy wheat and amber sweet style malt. The bottle conditioning with live yeast must add the extra funk. The hops provide even more fruity aromatics.
The feel is light and airy for a bottle conditioning style brew. This usually adds a crisp and lively effect, but the feel is a bit watery and thin. A smooth but thin body and juicy finish.
A very interesting APA flavor, the yeast funk is sweet 'sour, the hops are light and fruity and the malt is gentle but sweet tasting. A rather odd balance, not bad, as some of the flavors pop right out but never reach the "complex" level. Pretty simple stuff.

Poured from an undated bottle into the test glass
A - Deep copper color, active carbonation feeds a towering off white cap.
S - A mix of fruity and grainy, Rye malt maybe, nice herbal component as well
T - At first the fruit esters , then subtle hop notes and finally a caramel touch
M - Medium in body, carbonation rolls things along, a semi sweet frame underpins this offering
O - A very good pale ale, I not to bitter, not too sweet. well done
