ELEMENT PARALLAX MANGO IPA 11/29/20
a: slightly hazy gold with a finger thick white head which receded to thick and thin surface foam and patchy lacing.
s: Light tropical fruit,
t: Follows the nose with some bitterness and sourness, mainly dry finish.
m: Medium, good body and considerable carbonation tingle.
o: Delivers on the mango flavor and drinkable but the mild sourness is a turnoff for this drinker. ABV in the not-so-sessionable 7+ range is suspected.

Purchased pint can at the brewery on 11/8/19
Opened and reviewed same day
A burnt gold and orange color, densely hazy with a miniature white foam cap. Spreads out really thin.
Sweet smelling fruity hops and a lightly creamy golden malt aroma is the combo here. A subtle nose surprisingly.
A crispy and light grainy malt hits the taste buds first with what I suspect to be a layer of dry and leafy hop tones mixed in. The Mango fruitiness is only slightly sweet with some decent hop bitterness and tangy aspects towards the finish. Except for a strange "grainy sour funk" detected the balance of raw fruitiness and bitter alpha acids come across as pretty tight.
Unique and interesting enough to keep me sipping.
