2L growler (plastic pop bottle) poured into chalice 9/3/14 from notes
A clear golden orange with bubbles of all sizes feeding a short lived thick film that somehow leaves random patches well down the glass
S massive passion fruit with some guava, pineapple, I know I sound like a broken record claiming passion fruit in every Kiwi brew I've tried but this smells like the fresh fruit in a big way, I get a little lime and hard toffee, simple but smells amazing
T some minerals and earthy grains, still lots of tropical notes but nowhere near what the nose was pumping out
M leaning towards medium, soft carbonation and a mild bitter bite
O couldn't quite keep the pace the nose set, good beer but after smelling it I thought I'd be in for a world class treat
25$ for an empty glass growler or 2.5$ for the plastic? Cool glass growler but 25$ full seems a little more realistic, something well worth trying and I finished 2 L of the stuff with no issues
