Moderately malty aroma. The beer appears to be served a little bit too cold though muting the aromas.
Dark copper colour with good clarity. Small, creamy, light tan head with poor head retention. Good lacing.
The flavour is smooth and biscuity with a touch of earthy hop character. There is also a very light citrus note.
Medium body with moderately-high carbonation. Served very cold.
This is a decent beer marred by over carbonation and a cold serving temperature. It's a pity given it is being served in a brewery owned pub.
